Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

Refunds: Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

• Damaged or defective products received

• Incorrect product delivered
